P&F General Meeting - Wednesday 5 May 2021
The P&F warmly invites all parents and carers to attend this term's General Meeting.
Find out what's going on and consider how you may be able to make a contribution to St Joseph's via the P&F's activities.
The meeting will take place from 7:00pm on Wednesday 5th May at the school hall.
Social distancing will be observed.
All parents/carers attending will be required to scan in using the QR Code provided (not Service NSW APP)
Mother's Day Stall - Thursday 6 May
Students will have the opportunity to buy their loved one a gift for Mother's Day. Gifts will be between $5-$7. The P & F will also be running a raffle. Tickets will be 50cents each.
Second Hand Uniform Shop
Winter is coming!
Why not grab an extra jumper for your child?
The uniform shop will be open again on Friday 7 May from 8.45 – 9.30 am.
The shop will be located outside the P&F storeroom at the front south-west corner of the school. Entry is via the school gate on Park Rd.
Items available from 50c - $ 10 per piece (cash sales only).

Covid safe shopping
On arrival please line up against the fence on Park Rd outside the school. Be mindful that the pathway needs to stay clear for locals and students.
- Maintain social distancing 1.5 metres at all times
- Hand sanitiser on entry· 3 shoppers at a time.
- Quick pack and pay – please leave the area promptly after shopping.
- Please bring small notes/change with you (limited change available on the day).
Any donations of clean uniform pieces would be greatly appreciated. They can be left at the school office any time.

The P&F are proud to present the St Joseph's Fun Fair on 23 June 2021. This will be an in school fundraising event for all students. Details will be sent home next month.

Sponsorship Opportunities will open up next week so keep your eyes peeled for the letters coming home and the announcement in the Newsletter. We're very excited to be able to host this event for our students and look forward to a fun day whilst raising much needed funds for our school.

April/May Lawn Mowing Roster
Please be familiar with social distancing and gathering requirements, and keep up to date with these before arriving at school to mow lawns. The lawns can wait, your civic responsibilities in light of COVID-19 and your own health are a priority.
