2021 Diocesan Cross Country 

Congratulations to all the St Joseph’s students who participated in the 2021 Diocesan Cross Country Championship in Nowra yesterday.

It was a beautiful day and the St Joseph’s students represented our school extremely well. All students showed outstanding school spirit, determination and persistence when competing on the challenging course against strong competitors. It was noticed by staff, parents and officials the lovely way students supported and encouraged one another. They did themselves, their parents and school very proud. Thank you to Mrs Bailey who was a course official for our school.

Congratulations to the girls who were awarded OVERALL CHAMPION SCHOOL & to the whole squad on placing 2nd in the OVERALL CHAMPION SCHOOL POINT SCORE!

Students who finished in the top 8 places will go on to represent the Wollongong Diocese at the Mackillop trials. 

Special congratulations goes to Sebastian B (3rd) and Joel  (3rd) for their podium results and Emily B (5th), Zane A (5th), Maisie C (7th), Lorelei G (6th), Natalia H (4th), Kyra J (4th) Callan P (4th) Honor B (8th) and Daphne W (5th) who placed in the top 8 of their races and were selected in the Diocesan team. These talented runners will compete in NSWCPS Cross Country Championships on Tuesday 8th June 2021 at Eastern Creek.

MacKillop Soccer

Congratulations to Joel O (Yr 6) who was selected in the MacKillop Soccer (football) team last Friday. An outstanding achievement for an extremely talented soccer player. We wish Joel every success as he competes in the NSWPSSA Championships in Griffith in July. Well Done!

Rugby League/ League Tag Gala Day - Friday 30 April 2021

The Rugby League/ League Tag Gala Day is on Friday of Week 2 (30 April 2021) for nominated students. Please see Compass for event information if your child is participating. 

We are still in need of two Stage 3 team managers for the boys and girls teams. Please let the office know if you are able to assist on the day. 

AFL Gala Day - Friday 7 May 

If your child is attending the AFL Gala Day, please ensure the online consent has been completed via the compass Parent Portal for this new date.
