UPCOMING 5/6 MELBOURNE CAMP & 3/4 CAMP

In readiness for camp, families have been sent an update of medical profile request from PAM for you to update.  If your child has an asthma, anaphylaxis, allergy or medical (ie diabetes or illness) plan, we must have a current one uploaded each year.  Please ensure that this is done asap as it will be the information used in the event of an emergency whilst on camp.
