Harmony Vocals with Cindy Frost at the All State Jazz Festival
All State Jazz Festival
Harmony Vocals, NHS Stage Band and Jazz Orchestra all competed at the inaugural All State Jazz Festival at St. Leonard’s College, Brighton last weekend.
It was heart-warming to see so many young musicians from around Victoria enjoy and share their love of jazz again.
A big thank you to Cindy Frost, Tessa Bodenham and Ros Jones for their dedication to their respective ensembles. Well done and congratulations to all members of the fantastic ensembles that participated!
Commemorating Anzac Day
Year 10 musician Kate Jackson has performed the Last Post at every year level assembly over the last two weeks. Kate also played the Last Post for the local football club. Thank you and well done.

Production update
After the second all day rehearsal, the Production team has moved into top gear. Our actors, singers, dancers, musicians, hair and make-up artists, backstage crew and visual artists are all working hard. With meetings or rehearsals almost every day, the cast are learning lines and music and dance steps . Alongside this, the team t-shirt is being designed, sets are being prepped for painting and costumes are being organised. It’s all systems go as we fly towards opening night on Thursday 22 July.
