Celebrating IDAHOBIT

Supporting our Queer Community

May 17 is the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Interphobia and Transphobia known as IDAHOBIT.

This year at NHS, we are encouraging students to wear “A touch of Rainbow” on Monday May 17th. This may be a bracelet, necklace, hair tie, socks, pin, scarf, or any other small rainbow item that is not an entire piece of clothing (full school uniform must still be worn).

Any donations will be gladly accepted, please pass these onto your Connect Tutor, or Miss Gramm in the Science Wing Meeting Room (near M2). All proceeds this year will go directly to Minus18.

Happy IDAHOBIT to all Queer Members of the NHS Community!
