The next Parents’ Association meeting will be in Term Four at 7:00pm Monday 6 November 2017. All
funding proposals must be submitted by Friday 20 October to be considered at this meeting. This final Parents’ Association meeting for the year is also the AGM and new committee members will be elected. If you have an interest in becoming a committee member or would like to submit a funding
proposal, please email parentsassociation@johnxxiii.edu.au.
Inspire
A big thankyou to those who braved the cold and came along to hear our guest speaker Sue Byrne (ex-student) talk to about 80 Parents and secondary school students on Tuesday 01/08/17. Sue talked about Body Image and Eating Disorders and then answer questions on the topic. The talk was “informative and thought provoking”. As promised we have attached a list of WA services (counselling and helplines) currently available in this important area.
