Concussion awareness

If your child is diagnosed with concussion by a Doctor or in a Hospital Emergency Department, it is imperative that Parents inform the College Nurse.

Parents must provide the College with Medical Clearance Certificates stating when their child can return to school/learning and return to sport. The treating Doctor should provide parent with a gradual return to school and sport instruction sheet to follow.
