Lightning Premiership

Congratulations to all of our Karmai sports teams who played at Leongatha in the Lightning Premiership. Fantastic effort by everyone. There were lots of wins and a few losses, everyone played well, gave their best effort and had an enjoyable day.  Many thanks to the teachers, parents and family members who assisted with coaching and umpiring. It was certainly a big day for all involved!

Many thanks also to Dayna, Louise, Grant and Julie for their organisation of our new Karmai sports uniforms. Our kids looked great in brand new football, netball and soccer tops and dresses. Huge thanks to SpencePro, Loch Community & Development Association, Poowong Dairy & Hardware, Lightowler Diesel Mechanics and Lightowler Fowl Manure Supplies for sponsoring these new uniforms for our kids.

Congratulations Bianca

An excited bunch of students attended the Division Cross Country at Stony Creek.  All ran well and finished the course, even though some were very nervous before heading out. The competition was fierce but Bianca managed 8th place. Big thank you to Mrs Achterdenbosch for braving the chilly weather, encouraging and supervising our students on the day. Well done everyone! Bianca then competed at the Regional competition and placed 16th.  Huge acknowledgement and congratulations for her efforts and determination.
