Out of the many Spider-Man movies that have been released, these are my favourite two (in my opinion). The actor Andrew Garfield did an amazing job playing Spider-Man, and the movie had done very well. The movie used emotions, crime fighting and love to make the movie suspenseful, thrilling and action packed.
If you have never heard of Spider-Man, the main character, known as Peter Parker (acted by Andrew Garfield, was a skinny , nerdy boy who was very smart. He snuck into a famous lab known as Oscorp pretending he was a part of a tour. He walked into a lab room that was restricted, when Peter Parker left, he felt a spider pierce into his skin. The spider was a rare radioactive spider, and it died when it bit him. The spider gave him spider-like powers, like the ability to climb up walls, super strength, a sixth sense (able to sense danger near him) and lots more. The movie was about Peter getting tangled up with personal problems like his family's disappearance and love life, despite finding out who the doctor trying to turn everyone into giant lizard people. The movie was a huge success, and they made a second one.
This time, instead of fighting off giant lizards, it was about a lonely man who fell into a pool of eels at work, and got uncontrollable levels of power. The movie was just as fantastic as the other, Spider-Man was a hero to lots of people, and at the end of the movie started to get really sad, Spider-Man was going to stop being a hero and go live with his girlfriend in England, but for his last time being a hero, he had to choose to save Gwen (Peter Parker's girlfriend) or save the city. He tried to do both, but he just couldn't , and ended up saving the city. The series ended with two movies.
To basically sum up the movies, it's about a teenager trying to understand what happened to his parents, while still coping with his new powers and responsibilities. 10/10 would recommend watching such a great movie.
