VCE Art & Media Exhibition

Next week is an exciting week as it is the first time in 3 years that we have been able to hold our amazing VCE Art Design and Media Exhibition onsite at MGC. From next Monday you will be able to view and be inspired by the creative work of MGC's VCE students in the library. 

To celebrate the exhibition the Visual Arts Captains have organised some amazing 'arty' lunchtime activities that you can participate in. A signup sheet for the different activities is on the window of the Visual Arts Office on Level 3.

VCE Product Design and Technology Unit 2 MET GALA Challenge

Students were given an opportunity to work in a team or individually to create a one-off costume suitable to be worn at a MET GALA event. They had to use offcuts from industry and donated fabrics to create an up-cycled outfit within one lesson. They then presented it to the class, explaining their chosen theme and potential celebrity to wear their creation.
