Students going into Years 8 – 10 in 2023 will have just over two weeks of transition classes concluding on 13th December.
Finally
This year, World Teachers’ Day is on Friday 28 October. It is an opportunity to say thank you for the incredible contributions teachers make to our community.
You can get involved by sending a message of thanks to a teacher who is making, or has made, an impact on your life using #thanksvicteachers on social media. Don’t forget to tag the Department of Education and Training (the department) so we can see all your messages.
See the World Teachers Day webpage for resources to help you celebrate World Teachers’ Day 2022, including ‘Thank You’ card templates.

New Mural
Each year, our college captains dedicate Term 3 to creating a legacy project – something that will outlast their time at the school. Over the holidays this has come to fruition as our four college captains created a mural over the stairs adjacent the student entrance. Glen the Gecko makes a very colourful addition to the school.

I am pleased to advise that six positions (three boys, three girls) have been secured at the School for Student eadership for Term 1 2023 at the Don Road Campus.
