Japanese

Foundation and Grade 1 & 2 will be introduced to Ninja Unit in Term 4. In this unit, we are going to learn about Ninja's movement, their items and rules. We are going to use simple directions such as top, bottom, inside and side in Japanese to be able to communicate each other. Ninja also have a great control of their breath to camouflage to blend into their surroundings. We will be training to be anything they want to be... 

Grade 3 to 6 will be introduced to Tabemono Unit in the last term. In this unit, we are going to learn about Japanese Food and customs. We are going to explore many different type of food in Japan and learn how to express yourself such as spicy, sweets, sour and bitter in Japanese. Hopefully we have a chance to make some character bento "Chara Ben" at the end of the term for their accomplishment.
