Being Respectful and Responsible before school

Last week for our PBL lessons we were focusing on how we should act before school commences each day. In each class we went through each expectation that is expected of all students before the 8:45am bell. Together in classes we came up with the following expectations:

• Moving safely and calming
• Promptly taking bag up to the classroom and then coming back out to the supervised area
• Playing appropriately on the oval side of the playground
• Not playing with balls near the road or under the shade sails
• Remaining behind the yellow line at all times
• Treating others with kindness
• Sharing equipment
• Using an appropriate voice when outdoors

The Foundation students created some puppet plays to display Respectful and Responsible behaviour before school starts.
