Orienteering

What a great day was had by the Middles and Seniors at the Orienteering at Maroondah Dam.  There was lots of resilience shown as the students ran and walked over 3 kilometres, reading maps and hunting for control flags.

Congratulations to our winners and place-getters.

Harry and Sam, Natasha and Makenzie, Alistar and Ryder, Chelsea and Jade, Daniel, Aden and Ethan Hill.

Special mention to Harry, Jack and Izack who placed in 'The Maze'.

Extra special mention to Dylan from Middles who was complimented by another school on the way he worked independently to find the controls and then helped students from other schools.

Homework

Survey Homework

As part of our Economics unit called, 'Data and Decisions', children have been asked to complete a survey with two family members (or friends) about work and the kind of work they do.  These surveys can be accessed through Google Classroom and can remain anonymous.  Please remind your Senior student to complete this before next Wednesday, so we can practise analysing data.

Keep practising those timestables and reading.
