VCAL PANEL INTERVIEWS

This week all of the VCAL students undertook a panel interview.  Students were required to prepare an overview of all of their work placements and were interviewed by a panel of three staff or employers  external to the College.  It is a rewarding process where students get to go through a process quite similar to a job interview. Students received sound feedback on their  presentation and  communication skills which will only be of benefit for them in the future.  Well done to all the students.
