School Holiday Science Workshops

Join the PrimeSCI! Team on Friday 23 September 2022 (the AFL Grand Final public holiday) for the a School Holiday Space Science Workshops on the Swinburne Hawthorn campus!

PrimeSCI! are teaming up again with Swinburne Centre for Astrophysics and Supercomputing to attend their AstroTours. 

Bookings open at 12pm on Tuesday 6th September:

Fee: $34.50 per child for each 2hr sessions (plus $0.50 Trybooking Fee)

$9.50 per family member attending the AstroTour only (plus $0.50 Trybooking Fee)

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Children must be booked in their correct school grade level only.Click here to read our full Terms & Conditions.

2. Children attending multiple sessions must be supervised by a fully vaccinated parent/guardian during break times.  

The PrimeSCI! Children's Science Workshops will be held at:

AGSE Building, Room 107 and Room 109

Parking: Multi-deck Carpark (Map B1; $5 for 3 hrs, $10 for full day), two-hour ticket parking in Council Carpark (Map A1, $3.20 for max 2 hrs) or free 2hr parking in surrounding streets.

COVID Safety

All Swinburne Hawthorn workshops will be held in accordance with Victorian government COVID regulations. An adult must sign in children to the workshops.  The wearing of masks is recommended.

Full refunds will be given to those unable to attend due to COVID symptoms, awaiting test results or positive COVID cases in households.
