Welcome back to Term 3!
Sacramental Program
Our Year 4 students who celebrated their First Reconciliation will be making their First Holy Communion this term.
These children and their families will attend this Sunday's 11 am Parish Mass, where they will present themselves to Father John Prince and the parish community to be commissioned.
As they prepare for First Holy Communion, this ceremony marks a milestone along the “journey of faith” for each child and their parents. It is also a reminder to the wider parish community that all of us have a role to play in the formation of the members of our parish and helps the children to realise that they are part of the larger faith community.
Each parish member will be invited to take home the name of one family and child to support through prayer during this preparation time. We ask you to keep all our candidates and their families in your prayers.

Spotlight on Saint Mary Magdalene
Friday 22 July is the feast of St Mary Magdalene was a friend of Jesus. She looked after him, served him and cared for him.
Mary was present at Jesus’ crucifixion and his burial. She was the first person to see him after the Resurrection.
Mary was a constant companion of Jesus.
She shows us how to live with hope and faith.
