School Opinion Survey
Thank you to those families that have taken the time to complete the 2014 School Opinion Survey. However we have received feedback that the link for the survey has not been working properly. This issue has now been resolved. Due to this the survey will now be open until Friday 19th December. We apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Staffing
During this term the Deputy Principal position was advertised for 5 year tenure. After a Merit Selection process I have the pleasure to announce that Belinda Adams has won the position. Belinda is a huge asset to the school and will be able to continue on with the exceptional work she has done over the past tenure.
As the end of the school year quickly approaches we are also filling any classroom and specialist vacancies that we have next year. It is hopeful that we will be able to announce all teachers with class placement letters on Friday. If this does not occur the school community will be notified once the school is informed by Human Resources.
Assembly
The school has received feedback from students, teachers and families in regards to background noise at last week’s Whole School Assembly. Could families with young children please be aware that it is extremely difficult for students, teachers and parents sitting at the back to hear students announcing and undertaking speeches.
We understand that it is difficult for young children to remain seated during long assemblies but ask that noise is kept to an acceptable level.
Next year we will be investigating the speaker configuration and other strategies to support young families to attend assembly. If you have any ideas about how to support families please let me know. tyson.grinham428@schools.sa.edu.au
Open Night Feedback

Student Reports, Class Placements & Optional Interviews
Just a reminder that Student Reports, Class Placements and 2015 Materials and Services Charges will be distributed to families on Friday 5th December. Optional Interviews are also available to families by request. If you would like an interview to discuss your child's report please contact their teacher to arrange a suitable time during week 9.
