Acknowledgment to country

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians, the Taungurung people, who have walked and cared for this land for thousands of years and their descendants who maintained these spiritual connections and traditions. We pay our respects to their elders past and present. 

We extend that respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people here today.

Let us reflect on the millions of footprints that travelled the Dreaming pathways and our own loved ones who have gone before us.

Lord, as we prepare for the coming of a new term make us ready, attentive and available to hear you. Thank You for the gift of being able to rise each day with the assurance that You walk through it with us. Thank You for the gifts of creativity and uniqueness, and the energy to put them to good use.
