Howdy all,

A couple of quick things. If anyone has a wooden (no plastic please), marble run set they’re looking to get rid of, the library would love to add to its current collection. It’s very popular during the lunchtime library sessions so the more the merrier. 

Also, see below for a wonderful way in which our school library can earn credit from the great humans at The Little Bookroom. At the end of last year our library was gifted $750 of book credit due to this program so don’t forget to mention Carlton North PS when you buy from them. Anyone can ‘drop’ the school’s name, you don’t have to have a direct affiliation. So get your neighbours, extended family, work colleagues etc onto it. And don’t be shy about it (like I’d be). I’ve asked them about it in the past and it’s a system that works well for them so, get on it, go buy some more books and mention our school when you do 😉
