Performing Arts
This week in Performing Arts:
The Foundation students have had their first two Performing Arts lessons and have loved dancing along to the weekly ‘Mystery Song’. It has been wonderful to see all of their dance moves in action as they tried to guess the song. We have also enjoyed using egg shakers to sing and play along to the ‘I Know A Chicken’ song. Outstanding job Foundies! I look forward to more singing, dancing and acting with you this term!

The Grade One students have been learning all about the music elements of dynamics and tempo; the volume and speed of music/sound. We played an echo drumming game where all the students needed to repeat a rhythm increasing or lowering the dynamics. They loved playing the djembe drum.
