Year 7 Vaccinations

The Year 7 vaccination dates have changed to Week 6 and will be held at the Medical Centre on campus. 

Monday, 6th March:

• HPV
• dTpa
• Mantoux skin test (for those born overseas or have a parent who was born overseas)

Thursday, 9th March:

• Mantoux read 

The consent forms have been posted to the mailing address you have on file for your child so please keep an eye out for these.

Please return the completed forms to Student Access no later than Friday, 24th February.
