Sacrament Dates

 SACRAMENTAL PROGRAM 2023 

The Sacramental school program will take on a new look in 2023. 

The dates and year levels for the Sacraments are as follows:

First Reconciliation:  Year 3 students - Tuesday 21st November at 7:00 pm

First Eucharist: Year 4 students. Sunday 18th June

Most St Joseph’s students made their First Eucharist in 2022. 

If your child hasn’t received the sacrament and is in Years 4, 5 or 6, please contact me directly.           

Confirmation: Year 5&6 students- Thursday 14th September at 5:00 pm

Confirmation will run once every two years. 

Information for relevant families will be sent through Operoo to further outline the process. 

All students in the class will participate in the lessons, however, only students baptised in a Catholic Church can make the Sacrament. 

The enrolment process will now be through the school; a Catholic baptism certificate will be required for the enrolment process, so please start digging through the cupboards to find these if you haven’t already sent it to school!
