OCKDOWN 5.0 Self Care

 

It was wonderful to see so many happy faces on the screen yesterday cooking our Chocolate Yum Yum balls and Milkshakes.  There were lots of family groups onboard with parents lending a helping hand in the process.  These can be very difficult times for our studnets and especially you our parents who are juggling your parenting duties and work from the confine of your home.  You are amazing and we appreciate the partnership we have with you in educating your children through these difficult and complex periods.

 

It is so important to be able to support our children and all of the emotions that they have during lockdown.  To do this we have to make sure that as parents you are filling your own cup and practising self care.  Below are some helpful tips for self care.
