All Year 5 and 6 students have listened to a story about a little red car, (La Macchinetta Rossa) , learnt about the regions and capital cities in Italy. They have revised the language associated with greetings and listened to an Easter story called ‘La Sorpresa’ (The surprise).

Students and parents are encouraged to visit sites such as Languages Online, Duolingo, to review and practise their Italian at home.  These sites have many interactive games, songs and worksheets that you can complete with your child.  We will be using these resources in the classroom so your child will be familiar with them. They are both free!

Buona Pasqua e Buona vacanza (Happy Easter and Happy holidays) to all our families at Greenvale Primary and we look forward to working with your children in term 2.

A presto! (See you soon!)
