CONGRATS ISABELLE F (5A)

Congratulations to Isabelle F (5A) who yesterday competed at the SSV Primary School State Athletics Championships at Lakeside Stadium in Albert Park.

Isabelle made it through to states in her field event; 11y Girls Discus.

Issy threw a fantastic 2nd throw of 23.79m after a nervous 1st foul throw.  This 2nd throw (out of her 3) qualified her for the finals, where she gave it her all and threw a fantastic 26.03m – placing her 4th overall in the STATE!  Well done Issy – you’ve done yourself, your family and school very proud!!
