2019 has begun on a very positive note for our student leaders. The SRC team is now finalised with our last additions being the Year 7 SRC students who went through rigorous process in order to be selected to represent their year level. There were over 30 nominations from Year 7 students so the SRC team decided to run activities to narrow down students they wanted to interview. The Year 7 students undertook a team building activity by being randomly assigned to groups and creating a human knot. Students were then regrouped and asked to present what leadership looks like to them through a poster which they presented to SRC and the remaining groups. Select students were then progressed through to the interview phase where they were asked questions by the SRC team.

All students involved are congratulated for their efforts and showing initiative in becoming part of SRC. We now have a complete team ready to tackle the real issues within our school.
