FIRST DAY FOR PREP

The new Preps have had a lovely 1st week, learning all about how school works. We have made many new friends and learnt the sentence “God is Love.” We also got to have our 1st Year 6 buddy time which we all loved. We have loved our 1st week at St. Andrews Christian College.

THE FIRST WEEK IN PREP S

The Preps have had an amazing start to their schooling at St Andrews Christian College! In our first week, we learnt new sounds, words and sentences and loved learning how to read, write (and sing 😊) that “God is love”. We celebrated the birthdays of 2 of our classmates. It was fun to sing “happy birthday” with our new friends and enjoy party bag treats to take home.

Another highlight was having the staff pray for us, in our classrooms on Thursday morning and on Friday, we met our Year 6 Buddies. Our buddies were fantastic! The Preps and Yr 6 students enjoyed getting to know each other and working together. The time went so quickly. The Prep students are already looking forward to the next “Buddies” time.
