Careers conversations occur every day at St Andrews – whether it be a quick chat in passing, a drop-in session in the Careers office at recess or lunch, an email or a formal appointment.
Career exploration starts with self-discovery and creating a positive self-image. We use some excellent resources and quizzes to help our students discover their strengths and establish their career pathway.
Our students complete My Career Match Program that matches a student’s personality style and personal strengths to careers they would love. Understanding who you are and what you are good at, not only motivates and encourages each child, but also brings a whole new level of excitement about their future career choices.
