Novel Coronavirus

The Novel Coronavirus has been really disruptive for many families, and we still have families who are not able to leave China. Please know our prayers are with you all in this difficult time. Staff have been connecting with families who have been in quarantine and we so look forward to having you all back with us in the coming days.

We all have various circumstances, tragedies and difficult times in our life. I believe that God uses these times to draw us closer to Him, to become more like Him and to grow together in Him. It is our choice whether we allow difficult times to make us ‘better’ or ‘bitter’ people.

2020 Theme

I love our theme for 2020: Treasure that lasts!

"Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." Matthew 6:19 - 21

Good exam marks, a great job, fun holidays, good health and fitness, buying a house, financial stability are all good things to aim for in life. But all these things are temporary and can be taken away from us at any moment. Life can change in an instant. The only thing that never changes is God. He will never leave or forsake us. The treasure He gives us is eternal.

What is most important to you? What is your treasure?

When our heart is centred on Christ and we want to glorify Him in everything we do, that centres our plans and goals and enables us to live in freedom and without fear of what may happen in life.

“For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things.

To Him be the glory forever! Amen.”  Romans 11:36

Every blessing,
