2020 Enrolment Forms are now due. 

St Philomena's is in the early stages of planning for the 2020 school year. Enrolment information is an important part of this process. Parents are asked to return enrolment forms as soon as possible.​​​

Term 3 

Thank you to the members of the parent community who have taken the opportunity to be part of our formal parent/teacher interview process. If you have not  been unable to find a time to catch up at this point in time, the teaching staff will welcome your contact to organise a convenient time to discuss your child’s Semester One Report with you. 

As you know through recent communication, at the conclusion of the 2019 school year, I will be concluding my role as Principal of St Philomena’s School to commence retirement. The process of recruitment is handled by the Armidale Catholic Schools Office. This has now commenced. 

The major event of the Parents and Friends Association, the Spring Fair, is well underway in its planning. The committee is seeking the assistance of our parent community to support the organisation and running of the stalls. The Spring Fair will take place on our school grounds on Sunday 22 September. Karolina McGregor  karolinana.mcgregor@gmail.com is the Spring Fair Coordinator and will welcome contact with offers of support for the Spring Fair. 

Planning for 2020 is now well underway. All enrolment forms for 2020 should now have been placed with the school office. 

DROUGHT RELIEF

At this time of drought which is affecting so many in our community, the school and The Catholic Schools Office are aware that some families may be suffering hardship. Families whose income has been affected by the current drought are asked to contact the Principal to discuss any assistance that the school may be able to offer.
