White Ribbon Day

November 25th was White Ribbon Day, and SASC marked this day by raising awareness of the issue of violence towards women. A pledge was part of the lunchtime activities, and both staff and students got involved to sign the pledge to end violence towards women. As a school community committed to building respectful relationships, this was a day for students to demonstrate their understanding of this important topic that they have been exploring through the Respectful Relationships curriculum.
