Year 11 and 12 Orientation Program

Our Year 11 and 12 students have just completed an extensive Orientation Program. The program ensures that students are well prepared for the following years study. Students commence the course work and assessment for 2017 which gives them a head start and develops their confidence in coping with the pressure of the senior years of study.

Feedback on the orientation program has been very positive. Thank you to all our VCE and VCAL staff for their work on developing and conducting a rigorous orientation program.

Year 7, 8, 9 Step Up Program

Students in the lower levels of schooling were also introduced to their subjects for 2017 through our inaugural Step Up Program. Students began their studies for 2017 and engaged in interesting and challenging activities based on the knowledge and skills for the following year level. Students feel well prepared for the start of Term 1, 2017. Thanks to staff for their work in preparing and delivering this important program.

Year 12 VCE Results

Congratulations to all of our Year 12 students for their excellent results.

We are very pleased to announce that our VCE results for 2016 have been the best in the history of the school. Thirty students achieved ATAR scores over 80, including 3 students who achieved ATARs over 99.   We also acknowledge the achievements of students with excellent results in specific subjects.  7.3% of our students achieved individual study scores over 40, including 1 perfect score of 50.  Our schools median study score was 30, making us the only public school in the local area to achieve such excellent results.   Our top achievers for 2016 are:

End of Semester Reports

Congratulations to all of our Year 7-11 students on the positive and serious approach they took to their recent exams and semester tests. Semester 2 reports for students in Years 7-11 are now available on Compass.
