DSC TV - Tune in to our YouTube Channel!

Did you know that we recently launched DSC TV on our YouTube channel?

The wellbeing team understands that during this unfamiliar time, a bit of light humour and some familiar faces can offer a sense of comfort and connection. We thought a great way of achieving this would be through DSC TV.

SEAL Program Registrations Still Open  for Year 7, 2021

Registrations for students to sit the entrance test for the Year 7 SEAL program for 2021 are still open.

The SEAL program aims to support and encourage high-ability students to develop their learning and capabilities through an enhanced curriculum with enriched and extended content and an emphasis on higher order thinking skills. Students are offered many opportunities to extend their learning beyond the classroom and many of our SEAL students go on to take up leadership roles throughout the school.

To apply for the SEAL program students need to register to sit an entry exam through Edutest.

The details for this can be found here.

The closing date for applications for our 2021 Year 7 SEAL program is now June 26th and, depending on the health and safety advice we are given closer to the time, we are hoping to run the entrance exam at the start of Term 3. All applicants will be advised of this date closer to the time.

Breakfast Club Party 11 June!

Pancakes are a favourite at Breakfast Club
Pancakes are a favourite at Breakfast Club

We have missed you so much these past few months! Our Thursday mornings haven't been the same without pancakes, Coco Pops, Milo, Jungle Speed and of course your company.

But it’s not all bad news because Brekky Club is coming back! In just a few weeks, as we begin to emerge from isolation and prepare to get back into the swing of things, Brekky Club will be hosting a “no more iso” party! On Thursday June 11 come down to the stadium foyer for an awesome brekky, fun games, and of course responsible social distancing.

We hope to see you there!
