    VIRTUAL BOOK FAIR

1st JUNE - 19th JUNE

This year's Book Fair will be a virtual one. It will run for three weeks starting 1st June - 19th June.   We will be doing some book related activities both online and at school.

During the week we'll show interviews with authors. And have authors reading books online. We'll have random readings (This could be at any time, so be ready with a book.)

The theme for this year's Book Week is Curious Creatures and Wild Minds. Children will dress up as their favourite creature on Friday 19th June. There will NOT be a whole school parade, but there will be a simultaneous parade. Each classroom will hold its own parade in their own classroom at 10.45am

The books this year can be viewed online. Take the time to browse what's on offer. It's the largest selection of books that has been available to us for our book fair.

A link will be sent prior to the Book Fair, which will open on the 1st June and close on 19th June. Books can be collected from school by prior arrangement with Mme Gatehouse or can be delivered to your home for a small fee. A percentage of the book sales will go towards purchasing new books for our library.

Here is a picture of Michelle and Barak Obama reading Where the Wild Things Are. See even some presidents read.

Below is how the virtual Book Fair will work.  A link will be sent prior to the Book Fair, which will open on the 1st June and close on 19th June.
