JO MO'S VIETNAMESE PULLED PORK
If you've been at hockey on a Friday night over the past couple years, chances are you have had a delicious pulled pork roll for dinner cooked by Sandy Marshall.
Sandy was given the recipe by long time TEM member Jo Bowden who I'm sure has cooked it often over the years for the after training dinners for the women. So here it is for you to try at home.
Thanks Jo and Sandy!
