From the Principal

New Build Part 2 Delivered

Well it all happened last Monday and Tuesday-excitement plus for everyone. The huge crane moved in and over the 2 day period dropped the last section of the new build into place. They will now work over the next 2 weeks and the school holidays to complete the interior so we can move in. The outside(gardens/ landscaping etc) will continue to be worked on and may take till the end of July to complete.

At this stage it is still expected that we can move in on the first Wednesday of Term 3.

Services Available to Assist

One day a week  we have a psychologist who works at the school. She is able to have 6-10 sessions with children who may need some emotional support. Please contact me at the school if you think this may be of assistance.  All that is required is a plan from your local GP. There is no cost to families using this service.

Last Day of Term

Term 3 finishes on Friday 26th at 2.30pm. (Batesford finish @2:15)

Students return to school on Monday 13th July 

 I hope all families have an enjoyable holiday and are able to spend some quality time together.  Many thanks to all parents and community members for their support during the past term. It has been one out of the box! 

The support we have received both during the online learning weeks and the organisation for the new build has been amazing. Thank you once again everyone.

Not surprisingly, this type of mindset is strongly linked to greater happiness and achievement in life.’ Children who are happy, comfortable, safe and confident have a greater outcome with learning and socialising.
