YEAR 11s TACKLE THE CAPE TO CAPE

In the last four days of the holidays, Year 11 students Oliver Craig (Thu Duc), Kynan Gallen (Kimberley), Jaeden Carlyon (Thu Duc), Patrick Caputi (Kimberley), Matthew Batchelor (Hannan) and Alex Day (Thu Duc) decided to challenge themselves to complete the Cape to Cape Walk Track in just four days. This track runs for 123km along the Leeuwin-Naturaliste Ridge from Cape Naturaliste (Dunsborough) to Cape Leeuwin (Augusta).

The students independently researched and planned their whole adventure and spent three nights sleeping out in the elements.

Their goal of completing the track in just four days was very ambitious, but they were able to draw on their strong resilience, camaraderie and dedication to complete the challenge. Congratulations!
