Physical Education
After a busy Semester One, Term Three allows us an opportunity to reflect on all the wonderful sport and Physical Education events that have occurred so far this year. While most major sporting carnivals have been and gone, there are still plenty of opportunities for students to refine their physical skills. Within PE, we are covering a variety of disciplines and skills including; invasion games, rhythmic and expressive movement and target games. Outside of the classroom there are still plenty of opportunities to improve physical skills. Lunchtime Sports will continue following a very successful start last term and Sport Innovation is on again, this term concentrating on Badminton. The year 6s will compete in the Winter Round Robin, following a successful weekly interschool sport competition in Term Two. They will also have the chance to compete in the basketball round robin competition later in the term.
