Dear Sacred Heart Community, 

The Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus is on the 24th of June. This is an important day for our school, as it is named after this special feast day where we recognise the devoted love and compassion that Jesus had for others and humanity.

 We will join with the parish community to celebrate by having a combined parish and school mass on Sunday 19th of June at 10.30am.

We encourage all of our community to attend if possible, a number of students and families will be taking part as well as our school choir which will be contributing to the music on this day.

After Mass, the Parents and Friends Committee of Sacred Heart School and our parish will join together to host a morning tea in the multipurpose room.

 We invite everyone in our parish and school community to come along; it should be a lovely way to celebrate this Feast Day together as a parish. 

As a school community, the students will also celebrate our special Feast Day on Monday 21st on June with some special activities that are being planned with the Student Representative Team. More details will be provided to our community next week.
