Take turns going around the room with each family member listing one thing they are thankful for. For added fun, pass a silly object (like a piece of fruit) around the room as you each take a turn. See how many times you can pass it around. 

 

How does focusing on what you are thankful for make you feel?

 

How does it make you feel to be around someone who is always complaining?

 

What can you do as a family and as an individual to focus more on what you appreciate and less on your complaints?
