In the run up to the Rio Olympics and over the next two Newsletters we will be highlighting some of our Old Collegians Olympians.

An International Weightlifter, Marcus Stephen competed in three Olympics Games representing Nauru. He is a seven times Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist and a five times Commonwealth Games Silver Medallist. Marcus competed at nine World Championships and was a Silver Medallist in 1999 in Greece.

Marcus was also President of Nauru from 2007-2011

Representing Australia in 1992 at the Olympics, Toby competed in both the 100m and 200m backstroke. In 1996, he represented Australia again in Atlanta, winning a Bronze Medal in Atlanta in the 4 x 100m Medley Relay.
