2017 JMSS Reunion

It has been 2 years since the class of 2017 attended John Monash. Following John Monash tradition, it was about time to hold our 2-year reunion. So, on Saturday the 10th of August 100 now ex-students, as well as 10 amazing teachers, came together for a night of catching up and seeing how everyone had been keeping. 

The night proved to be an absolute success with more than half the year level attending and managing to finish all the food provided. The all-renowned canteen chicken strips were a hit, as well as the 40 pizzas and more. 

On a personal note, it was great to see everyone, having multiple students back from interstate to see their peers. Even after two years, which many would think not to be long enough for a reunion, there was still a markable difference in everyone's journey, trajectory and even how much they had changed since departing from JMSS back in 2017. 

I would like to extend a big thank-you to the organising committee consisting of Amir Bahrami, Ben Kim, Dylan Fernandez, James Desmond, Jonathon Rogic, Priya Rana, Sasha Stijacic, as well as the remarkable Peter Corkill, for helping to put together the evening.
