Michelle deBoer

Michelle de Boer joins Scoresby Secondary College as the Head of Mathematics and Numeracy and a teacher of Year 10 Mathematics. 

After completing her undergraduate studies at Deakin University, Michelle was awarded a scholarship and moved to Traralgon College to teach Mathematics/Science/Health and Physical Education. Michelle was at Traralgon College for 6 years until she decided to travel to England and teach in London Schools for a short period of time. Upon her return to Australia, she moved back to Melbourne and has worked for the past 5 years at Cranbourne East Secondary College.

During Michelle’s teaching career, she has had the opportunity to undertake many roles including; Head of Mathematics/Numeracy, Head of Physical Education/Health and Environmental and Grounds Coordinator.

Michelle is very passionate about Mathematics/Numeracy and is excited about the new opportunities at Scoresby Secondary College.  She is especially looking forward to working with students and staff members.
