Shrove Tuesday 28th Feb

We need approx. 4-5 Parent helpers who can come in and help us assist the Social Justice group with cooking the pancakes tomorrow. We will start cooking at 7.00am and will finish cooking by 8.00am. The students and teachers will sell the Pancakes from 8.15am. If you have any electric frypans that we can borrow, that would be great. Please call Tina 0404884619 if you can help out on the morning and if you can allow us to borrow your electric frypan

Cake Stall for Fiji :

When: This Friday 3rd Feb Before and After Assembly

Where: Outside SLA

Please come and buy a cookie or cupcake for your child’s playlunch or a yummy cake for your morning tea. Starting prices from $1.00. All proceeds to go towards helping the Fiji Relief appeal.

Grapes:

We have been able to secure Melanie Green Grapes fresh from Mildura. Ordering is to be done via the Online Canteen. Orders close this Friday at 12.00 noon and stock will arrive next week. The Grapes will be sold in 1kg bags [$5.00 per kg] and in 9kg boxes [$40.00]. They will be ready for pick up next Tuesday 7th March at school pick up time in the P&F Room from 3.00pm till 3.30pm.

St Fidelis' will be having a Fete on Sunday 29 October. If you want to help out, assist or sponsor the fete please speak to Crystal Nappo the Fete Co ordinator. If there are any parents, who would like to go on the email list or who would like to assist in any events, please call Tina on 0404 884619 or email to denleomary@gmail.com. We are currently finalising our events list and could always do with extra help.

St Fidelis - Online system for P&F orders and events.

At St Fidelis' we use an online system for our fundraising events and orders. Eg Fruit Drives, Hot Food Days, annual disco. This system is called OUR ONLINE CANTEEN (*We do not have a canteen it is simply the online program that we use). NOTE that for many events this is the ONLY way that you can order. We do not accept cash orders or payments. You will also be able to volunteer to help out at events online also.

Sign into your account PLEASE UPDATE YOUR CHILD(S) PROFILE to the correct class 2017

select Meal order Tab and follow the steps in order.

1) Select your child – please check that their class detail is correct.

2) Select the date Tuesday March 7th – a pop up box will appear. Select special event menu.

3) Select the plus (+) symbol next to FUNDRAISING items to see the fundraising items.

4) Check your order and confirm – you will see a confirmation message and receive a confirmation email.

St Fidelis' 90th Anniversary Fete!

The Parents and Friends Committee are very excited to announce that we will be holding a fete on Sunday 29th October in conjunction with the Parish's 90th anniversary celebrations. We do however require a fete committee to make this fete possible. Please consider supporting this wonderful event as you can only imagine the joy it will bring to all the children.

If you have a business and would like to sponsor our fete or or can help in any way whether it be a donation, holding a stall or helping before, on and after the event we would love to hear from you. We would dearly appreciate any assistance you can offer to help make this fete possible and help make this a wonderful event for all.
