Benedicta Champions Again!

Thursday’s twilight swimming carnival was a huge success with Benedicta House storming to their third straight win off the back of some key individual performances. The afternoon started with a broken record from Millie McKenzie  (200 IM) which set the tone for a great Carnival.

2020 saw the return of the Year 12 Synchronised Swimming House Challenge with Oodgeroo House taking the points. They performed their choreographed routine to Abba’s smash hit Dancing Queen with the judges scoring 26/30 for their performance.

There were some very impressive swimmers lighting up the pool again this year with 13 broken records - 10 Individual & 3 Relay records.

It was very similar names who dominated their age groups again in 2020 with the Stephens sisters (Bridget & Georgie), Isaac Mooney, Millie McKenzie & Lillian Holtorf again showing off their skills.

Well done to all our swimmers on your participation and efforts for the night. Thanks to Wagga Wagga Swim Club for their assistance and to all the staff and students for their work in ensuring a smooth running carnival.

Congratulations again Benedicta House - A very impressive win by 96 Points.
