CATERING

Mt Erin is very fortunate to have Mr. Dave Lugton as our Catering  Manager. The menu provided is excellent in terms of variety , choices and nutrition.  Meals include breakfast, morning tea, lunch (Kildare ), afternoon tea, dinner and supper. Fresh fruit is available and meals can be tailored to cater for particular dietary needs.  It is not often that you beautifully presented pavlovas for dessert. Birthdays are usually celebrated with ice cream cakes to die for. To offset these foods are of course vegetables, salads, pasta, meat, and non meat foods.  The menu is published each day on the display screen in boarding and a sample menu will soon be available on the Mt Erin and College websites.

I know the students are very appreciative of the effort Dave and his crew put in to ensure they are well fed each day.

FRONT OF HOUSE

School, Colleges and Boarding often have staff who are known as "front of house". Mt Erin is very lucky to have Ms Amanda Hilton as our front of house person, dealing queries in person, phone and by email. She always has a smile on her face and handles issues effortlessly. I would like to acknowledge Amanda's important role on behalf of the Mt Erin Boarding community.
