Principal's Message

Welcome Back to Term 3

We have a very exciting learning term exploring science through inquiry.  We are learning how to predict, observe and explain the amazing things that happen in our world. Our Foundation and senior community are diving into biological and environmental science. Foundations looking at how to classify animals and describe habitats and senior communities are exploring microorganisms by looking at yeast and bread-making classifying, exploring habitat and health.

Our Junior and middle communities are exploring all things physics and chemistry, juniors exploring the unique features of water and its importance, and middle looking at states of matter.

We look forward to sharing our learning with you throughout the term.

Please don’t forget to look at our calendar for upcoming dates however will remind you we have a pupil-free day Friday the 14th.  This day is for teachers to deepen their knowledge and skills in inquiry learning.
