Noah is enjoying one of the new readers from our new Little Learners books. We can’t wait to send these new readers home soon as they are almost ready! They also include the book chat at the end, speed sounds and new sight words too (known as heart words – as you learn them off by heart!).

Maths

The students have been enjoying learning all about two-digit numbers. Here students had to construct a picture, and their partner had to deconstruct it and work out how many MAB blocks were used, by organising it into tens and ones. 

Wellbeing:

Eden K

Student have been completing the Respectful Relationship program which delves further into emotions. We discussed how we look when we make different emotions while playing “If you’re happy and you know it…” with various emotions and actions. We then used our Resilience Project books and students drew and even had a go at labelling emotions.
