Premiers's Be Active Challenge 2023

PREMIER'S BE ACTIVE CHALLENGE 2023 UPDATE!

Our school will be participating in the Premier's Be Active Challenge in Term 3.

The Premier’s be active Challenge is a physical activity program for all young South Australians in primary and secondary school, encouraging children to be more active, promoting health and wellbeing.

The Challenge requires students to do at least 60 minutes of physical activity on at least 5 days of the week for at least 4 weeks. The Challenge will commence at the beginning of Term 3 and conclude at the end of Term 3.

Children will be sent home more information at the beginning of Term 3 with a recording booklet to begin the challenge.

Meanwhile you can get involved by voting for the artwork for the 2024 posters for the Premier's be active Challenge (PbaC).

Every year two new poster designs are chosen to promote the Challenge, one for primary schools and one for secondary schools. This year, we have a mix of professional and student artists that have submitted designs for next year’s posters.

We encourage all students, teachers, families and school community members to vote for the design they prefer, for the primary school poster and for the secondary school poster for 2024. All votes are anonymous and each click on a poster counts as one vote.

Poster voting can be found under 'Students' and ‘Poster Voting’ on the PbaC website.

Voting is open until Tuesday 8 August 2023, so vote now!

Thank you for your support of the Premier's be active Challenge.
